book, it’s nice and easy to remember how to friend someone. In the sign above – the lady has her name in big bold letters – and it totally stands out. uses Facebook, will know that the contact name is all you need to add someone. So ease of adding someone (facebook’s job) and prominent display of “call to action” – a/k/a the sign (members job) – are key to offline friend adding, promo, marketing, etc. Very cool of you to take a snapshot of that sign for us.
